'Annie' finds the bright side
If the title role in "Annie" is not the holy grail for young girls in theater, it's close. Laura Riggle, 12, landed the part of the plucky orphan in Star Plaza Theatre's production of the merry musical, which opens Saturday. "I'm pretty excited," the Valparaiso actress said this month.
